A Technology Concierge is similar to the concierge you get at a nice hotel.  Someone who can help you decide what, and where, to go/do/eat, except in this case, it is all regarding your choices in technology.

A Technology Concierge does much more than just knowing where to go, or what to get and how to install it.  They keep and maintain an intimate knowledge of all things their customer might need, and makes appropriate suggestions.  They stay involved with the changing industry, and can better assist you in making choices you will not regret in the future. 

The Technology Concierge has your best interests in mind.  They know how to ask the right questions to determine exactly what you need, which equipment works best, and where you won’t be taken advantage of.  This is a key part of our offerings to you.  It is our job to ensure that you decide exactly what you need, and not the unnecessary and expensive add-on items that you don’t (to which you will usually be assured by our friends in the blue shirts that you DO!)

 A Technology Concierge will save you money and time by effectively dealing with sales persons on your behalf.  We want to be certain that with the items you buy, for Networking gear or Home Audio, you get exactly what you need, and it will be a purchase you remain happy with for a long time.

Of utmost importance, a Technology Concierge appreciates the value of your time.  We will not give you an ‘estimated time of arrival’ between 8 and noon.  Or 2 and 6.  We do not schedule this way, and we want you to be confident that we will arrive when we say we will, we commit to you an exact time we will arrive, and we will be 100% focused on your needs, and not the ‘next appointment’ from a list of 10 we have to get to today.   We agree on 8?  We will be there at 8.

These are the traits that make someone a Technology Concierge, and not just a ‘geek’or installer.  All initial consultations are free, we do not ask you for a ‘service fee’ just for taking a look.  We are grateful for the opportunity to assist you, and we are confident that if we meet our commitments to you, and do what we say we will, you will confidently hire us to work for you.
